Shagunn provides free shipping facility for each and every fresh order within India. Your delivery is fully insured. We would request all customers for inspecting the package if in case there is any damage before receiving the product.

1. We offer FREE Shipping (specified on the Product detail page) on selected products ordered through www.shagunn.in
2. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
3. We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 15-20 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 25 working days, to ship the order as all the order is consider as “Made to Order”.
4. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
5. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
6. While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics.
7. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 1800 102 2066, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest
8. You may track the shipping status of your order on our website after login your account clicking at My Order status section.
9. Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Once the product is packed, we ship and deliver it with the help of the following courier service for free.
Every package of jewellery from www.shagunn.in will reach your doorstep in a durable condition and properly packed in a temper-proof packing. Even if it is a gold coin, jewellery or solitaire, the item will be delivered in a special shagunn box with all the required certificates.
The customer will have to mention the address at which the delivery required, will make sure to collect shipment during the time of purchase. During the time of placing of the order, the customer will have to state the complete name of recipient as it is stated in their photo identification that is approved by the Government. At the delivery destination, the recipient will be required to collect the product and has to provide with any of the below mentioned identity proofs.

2. Driver’s License
3. Voters ID
5. Aadhar Card
We make sure that delivery is made with the help of courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient's identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with agent by providing with original copies of identity proof.
If in case, customer wants anybody else to receive delivery on their behalf, requested to please send email at email@example.com by mentioning the concern person details. The items will be delivered to the person directly at the right place and once the order gets processed, the receiver’s details cannot be changed.
Once the order is created, the customer can change shipping address only till the order is actually shipped. If the member would want to change shipping address, they should log in into their respective account and click on "change/edit shipping address" button, which is next to shipping address and then change the address. Such icon will be active till order status is changed to “shipped”. Once this is done, the link that states "change/edit shipping address" will get inactive.
If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, courier Service Company will try to deliver the product for a maximum of 3 times. If you are still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to Shagunn. The cost of handling and re-shipment during the times of non-delivery to the Member will be chargeable to the customer.
Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non delivery of such product.
